  1. What is your delivery policy?

    A. Kopy Kat Office offers fast, free business delivery in Grand County. Residents of Grand County can collect their orders from either of our two locations (Granby & Winter Park) select the option under shipping when checking out. Outside of Grand County we use UPS as our parcel carrier. 

    Expected Delivery Times

    • Orders placed before 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time,  pending payment approval and product availability will be shipped/delivered/available next day.
    • Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
    • Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries via UPS are made until 7 p.m.

    Delivery Policies

    • Items will be delivered normally when all of the order is complete unless otherwise requested by the customer. (Charges may apply for multiple deliveries of the same order).
    • Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and to the appropriate floor of commercial buildings with elevators. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
    • Due to location and shipping distances, the item you have selected may not be available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. (We will notify you of any problems)

    Continental U.S.

    • Delivery is FREE for Business orders within Grand County, Colorado. See our Customer Policy for who qualifies as a business customer.
    • Any order to be delivered outside of Grand County, Colorado will be delivered by UPS and subject to their rates and shipping polices.
    • Collections of orders at either of our stores is FREE.
    • Please contact one of the Kopy Kat Office representatives 970-887-3320 if you require installation of items such as furniture (charges will apply).

    Expected Delivery Times

    • Stocked items are usually delivered to business customers the next business day within Grand County, Colorado when the order is placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. For UPS deliveries outside the local trade area, additional time will be calculated and noted. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time will also require additional delivery time.
    • Stocked items will be available from 8 AM at one of our stores in Grand County, Colorado (selection made by customer at checkout) the next business day when the order is placed before 3 PM Mountain Standard Time.

  2. What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?

    A. In some instances, products listed online may be temporarily out of stock. If that happens, we will notify you with an expected time of when the item will become available. You will be able to choose to wait until the order is complete or have the available items shipped immediately and the back ordered item shipped when it becomes available (charges may apply) or cancel the item.

    Expected shipping times are based on in-stock items ordered before 3 PM Mountain Standard Time.

    A. Kopy Kat Office's 100% low price guarantee can help you save more on the items you need. To get the low price guarantee from Kopy Kat Office, you must submit your request to us via email: admin@kopykatgp.com or fax: 1-866-286-9301.

    To match a competitor's Internet site price with an item on our website and print ads please send all relevant information including the offer that you want us to match and your contact details to admin@kopykatgp.com or fax: 1-866-286-9301.     • Exclusions - Prices found at the following are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee:
      • Local or special events

  4. What is your pricing policy?

    A. Kopy Kat Office offers a variety of products and services to you through multiple channels including retail stores, catalogs, and the internet. Prices and selection may vary among these channels, or in certain regions, at any time. OfficeMax is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities.

    Low Price Guarantee

    If you find a lower price at any local office product superstore, we'll give you 100% of the difference (up to $30.00). If you find a lower price at another retailer, we'll match the lower price instantly subject to the following conditions:

    • Price will be honored when you buy the item at Kopy Kat Office or within 7 days after your Office Max purchase.
    • Item must be identical, including brand, model number and U.S. warranty; for private brand, components, packaging and specifications must be the same.
    • Price and availability must be verified Bring in, fax or email any current advertisement or competitor's price. Competitor must have item in stock and available for purchase at matched price.
    • All available coupons and rebates will be deducted from the Kopy Kat Office price before determining the price match. We will match point of sale prices only, excluding mail-in rebates and gift cards. If offer includes a free or discounted item, we will match only if Kopy Kat Office carries the identical item.
    • Delivery charges are added when matching competitor's catalog or internet prices.

  5. What is your return policy?

    A. If you are not satisfied with your online Kopy Kat Office purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt within 24 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace, or return your money. Any assembled furniture cannot be returned. Electronics items, software, digital cameras, computers, PDA's and business machines must be returned within 7 days of purchase. 

    In-Store Returns

    Products that are purchased online may be returned to an Kopy Kat Office store location for a credit refund**. Products may be exchanged if the originally purchased product is in stock at that store location.

    Printing and Copying Services Returns

    Kopy Kat Office will reprint an order due to a printer error (i.e. light ink, ink smudge, wrong ink, etc.). OfficeMax will reprint a product due to customer error at your expense (i.e. spelling errors, too busy, text is too small, etc.). Contact customer service at 970-887-3320 to begin the return process.

  6. How do I earn tax-exempt status?

    A. If you wish to receive tax-exempt status at Kopy Kat Office and you or your organization is within Colorado, please contact our customer service department to help setup and fill in the necessary paperwork to establish your eligibility for the program 970-887-3320. Outside of Colorado we do not charge any Sales Tax.

  7. Do you offer furniture assembly?

    A. Kopy Kat Office does offer a furniture assembly service to business customers within Grand County, Colorado. Separate charges apply to this service which is quoted at the time of furniture assembly request by the customer.

  8. What do I need to do to return an item?

    A.   9. Who can help me find an item on your site?

    A. Looking for office products? Kopy Kat Office has a search engine that makes shopping easy. To search the Kopy Kat Office catalog:
    1. Type in a keyword such as a product name, manufacturer or Kopy Kat Office item number in the search box at the top of the page.
    2. Click the "Search" button to receive your search results.
    Examples:
    • Entering pens in the search field finds all products on the site that contain the word pens.
    • Entering Avery in the search field finds all products on the site that are manufactured by Avery.
    On the left hand side there are sub-headings such as Category/Manufacturer/Price which will help narrow your search, so you can find the item your looking for quickly and easily.

    Our search engine is not case-sensitive.

  10. Am I eligible for Free Business Delivery?

    A. Free Business Deliveries can only be made to business customer addresses that have a store front or are a part of an office complex within Grand County. We do not make deliveries to any home/residential addresses.
