You can send your files to Kopy Kat Office using our email address admin@kopykatgp.com for files smaller than 25mb. If your files are larger you can use www.sendthisfile.com which is a free FTP upload system with unlimited file size.

We operate a PDF workflow. Therefore, Kopy Kat Office asks you to send pdf files at the size you want them to print. Any fonts need to be embedded/outlined, photos minimum 300dpi, all colors converted to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Bleed area of 1/8''. Kopy Kat Office does accept many other file types but they are subject to review and may incur a small charge to convert them into a printable file type. If you do not have the ability to convert you files into a pdf format, you can download a free print driver to your computer at www.cutepdf.com.

Kopy Kat Office can print/scan/copy engineering plans/maps/posters in black & white and color up to a maximum of 42'' wide x any length. We print large banners too suitable for short term usage outside (approximately 6-12 months in direct sunlight) with grommets placed to your specifications.
